Differences between en/about/code-of-conduct.pot source and zh-cn target

• if you're in mga-i18n-committers group, you may commit updated po file directly in /langs/zh-cn/about/code-of-conduct.po.
• or attach it to a mail to Mageia localization team (mageia-i18n, #mageia-i18n on Freenode).
