I'm not just multiplicating the different ways to ask for additional
support will help focusing on this kind of issues.
Anyway, the actual problem here seems not really to be a communication
issue, but the fact than this bug report is unusable, without any way to
reproduce the issue. I'd rather shift the discussion about how to get
less, but more valuable reports, by educating end users.
